Blake Bauer
Hi, my name is Blake! I’m currently in my fourth year at The University of Mary Washington, majoring in Historic Preservation. I enjoy studying museums, archaeology, and architecture – but my true passion lies in filmmaking (which synergizes well with preservation). It’s a lot of fun shooting on 35mm film, Hi8 camcorders, Super 8, Polaroids, DSLRs, and more. I enjoy tinkering with older analog technology in general. Another passion of mine is music, specifically collecting and listening to vinyl records. Recently, my Dad and I built some neat wooden shelves from scratch to store all of our records.

For those who’ve scrolled this far down, I figured I’d share some music I like just for fun! I mostly enjoy garage, indie, emo, alternative type stuff (in short, fairly depressing and weird sh*t) – but this is just some of what I’ve had on repeat (mostly from last fall)!
